How do I create a Raptor account?

Download the Raptor App (iOS/Android), sign up with your phone number, and add a payment method.

Accounts may be blocked for safety violations, unpaid rides, or fraud.  Contact support@raptor.com.co  with your registered phone number or email.

Tap “Forgot Password?” on the login screen. You’ll receive an OTP to reset it.

Open the app, scan the QR code on the scooter through the app. The scooter will unlock automatically.

Scooters are only allowed to be parked in commercial parking zones. Avoid sidewalks, roads or private property to avoid fines.

Rs. 2000/40 minutes. Promo codes and subscriptions can lower costs.

Extra charges apply for:

  • Parking outside commercial parking zones (Rs. 500 fee)

We accept Jazz Cash, debit/credit cards.

Cash is not accepted.

No license is needed for e-scooters under 50cc/25km/h (per Pakistan EV policy).

No. Raptor scooters are single-rider-only for safety.

We recommend wearing helmets.

Tap “End Ride” manually. If you’re stuck, take a photo of the parked scooter and contact our support team.

Go to “Promos” in the app, enter the code, and apply it before starting your ride.

Refunds for overcharges take 3-5 business days, depending on your payment method.

Download the app, enter your phone number, verify via OTP, add a payment method, and you’re ready to ride!

Yes, you must be 18+ with a valid CNIC to register.

Yes, you can unlock up to 4 scooters at once.

Ensure you’re entering the correct number. If issues persist, contact support with a screenshot of the error.

Go to Profile > Edit Information in the app. For CNIC changes, contact support.

Open the app map – green icons show available scooters nearby.

Currently, no, all scooters are first-come, first-served.

The scooter auto-pauses after 5 minutes of inactivity to prevent unnecessary charges.

Take a photo in the app under “Report an Accident” before starting your ride.

No, we don’t offer student discounts.

Yes, ride history and receipts are available in the app under “History” and via email.

All Raptor scooters are capped at 25km/h for safety.

Yes, but we recommend avoiding heavy rain/flooded areas for safety.

Restricted zones will appear Red in the app. Trying to ride in restricted areas will automatically slow down your scooter and can also trigger account suspension.

Please buy another pass to get more minutes.

Report in the app in ‘Report an Accident’.

Update to the latest version or reinstall the app.
