How do I create a Raptor account?
Download the Raptor App (iOS/Android), sign up with your phone number, and add a payment method.
Why is my account blocked?
Accounts may be blocked for safety violations, unpaid rides, or fraud. Contact support@raptor.com.co with your registered phone number or email.
How do I reset my password?
Tap “Forgot Password?” on the login screen. You’ll receive an OTP to reset it.
How do I unlock a Raptor scooter?
Open the app, scan the QR code on the scooter through the app. The scooter will unlock automatically.
What if the scooter won’t unlock?
1. Buy a Pass
2. Check your internet connection.
Where can I park?
Scooters are only allowed to be parked in commercial parking zones. Avoid sidewalks, roads or private property to avoid fines.
How much does a ride cost?
Rs. 2000/40 minutes. Promo codes and subscriptions can lower costs.
Why was I charged an extra fee?
Extra charges apply for:
- Parking outside commercial parking zones (Rs. 500 fee)
How do I pay?
We accept Jazz Cash, debit/credit cards.
Cash is not accepted.
Do I need a license to ride?
No license is needed for e-scooters under 50cc/25km/h (per Pakistan EV policy).
Can I ride with a passenger?
No. Raptor scooters are single-rider-only for safety.
What safety gear should I use?
We recommend wearing helmets.

The scooter stopped mid-ride!
1. Check your minutes in your wallet.
2. Check if your pass has expired.
The app shows a ride is still active after I parked.
Tap “End Ride” manually. If you’re stuck, take a photo of the parked scooter and contact our support team.
How do I use promo codes?
Go to “Promos” in the app, enter the code, and apply it before starting your ride.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds for overcharges take 3-5 business days, depending on your payment method.
How do I sign up for Raptor?
Download the app, enter your phone number, verify via OTP, add a payment method, and you’re ready to ride!
Is there an age requirement?
Yes, you must be 18+ with a valid CNIC to register.
Can I use multiple scooters with one account?
Yes, you can unlock up to 4 scooters at once.
Why is my phone number not being verified?
Ensure you’re entering the correct number. If issues persist, contact support with a screenshot of the error.
How do I update my personal information?
Go to Profile > Edit Information in the app. For CNIC changes, contact support.

How do I find available scooters?
Open the app map – green icons show available scooters nearby.
Can I reserve a scooter in advance?
Currently, no, all scooters are first-come, first-served.
Why does my ride keep pausing?
The scooter auto-pauses after 5 minutes of inactivity to prevent unnecessary charges.
How do I report a damaged scooter?
Take a photo in the app under “Report an Accident” before starting your ride.

What's the minimum balance required?
You need at least Rs. 2000 in your account or payment method to start a ride.

No hidden charges.
Do you offer student discounts?
No, we don’t offer student discounts.
Can I get a ride receipt?
Yes, ride history and receipts are available in the app under “History” and via email.
What's the maximum speed?
All Raptor scooters are capped at 25km/h for safety.
Can I ride in the rain?
Yes, but we recommend avoiding heavy rain/flooded areas for safety.
What areas are off-limits for riding?
Restricted zones will appear Red in the app. Trying to ride in restricted areas will automatically slow down your scooter and can also trigger account suspension.
How do I extend my ride time?
Please buy another pass to get more minutes.
What should I do if I have an accident?
Report in the app in ‘Report an Accident’.
The app keeps crashing - what should I do?
Update to the latest version or reinstall the app.

What if the QR code is damaged?
If the QR code of the scooter is damaged, please opt for another scooter.
My ride won't end - what do I do?
Force close and reopen the app. If the issue still persists, please contact support with the error screenshots.
Why is GPS not working properly?
Ensure location permissions are enabled.
Where can I find active promo codes?
Check our social media pages or email newsletter for current offers.
Why didn't my promo code apply?
Some codes have minimum ride requirements or expiry dates – check the terms.
Can I combine multiple promotions?
No, only one promo can be used per ride.
Do credits expire?
Yes, promotion expires after 30 days.
Do you offer corporate accounts?

Can I rent multiple scooters on one account?
Yes, you can connect up to 4 scooters on one account.
