Raptor Pass Terms

All Raptor passes and credits are:

  • Non-refundable once purchased
  • Non-transferable to other accounts
  • Subject to availability in your service area

Non-exchangeable for other pass types or services

1. No Exchange Policy

Raptor does not offer:

Exchanges between different pass types

Conversions of unused pass time to credits

Substitutions for alternative services

2. Usage Policy

  1. Passes begin immediately upon purchase unless otherwise specified
  2. Unused passes expire according to their terms (e.g., 30-day expiry for monthly passes)
  3. We cannot extend, refund, or credit unused pass time
  1. Passes remain valid even if scooters are temporarily unavailable in your area
  2. No refunds or credits for service interruptions

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption and access controls, to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure—please use strong passwords and report suspicious activity.

5. Exceptions

Where required by local law:

  • Consumers may have statutory cancellation rights
  • Certain jurisdictions may mandate refund policies
