Raptor Pass Terms

All Raptor passes and credits are:
- Non-refundable once purchased
- Non-transferable to other accounts
- Subject to availability in your service area
Non-exchangeable for other pass types or services
1. No Exchange Policy
Raptor does not offer:
Exchanges between different pass types
Conversions of unused pass time to credits
Substitutions for alternative services
2. Usage Policy
- Passes begin immediately upon purchase unless otherwise specified
- Unused passes expire according to their terms (e.g., 30-day expiry for monthly passes)
- We cannot extend, refund, or credit unused pass time
- Passes remain valid even if scooters are temporarily unavailable in your area
- No refunds or credits for service interruptions
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption and access controls, to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure—please use strong passwords and report suspicious activity.
5. Exceptions
Where required by local law:
- Consumers may have statutory cancellation rights
- Certain jurisdictions may mandate refund policies
